Brian Alberg, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, is one of the most respected names in the Massachusetts food scene. He is admired not only for his food but for his work away from the kitchen, including:
• Co-founding Berkshire Farm & Table, the organization bringing culinary artisans, farmers and food makers, to the table.
• Participating in The Railroad Street Youth Project, helping youth find their voice and explore cooking as a means of self expression.
• The James Beard Foundation, creating collaborative chef dinners introducing new farmers to the organization.
Brian also continues to lead culinary development at Main Street Hospitality group.
